What payment options do you accept?

We accept payment options including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Pay Pal.

What is your return policy? 

  • Products that are unwashed and in their original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please email hello@shopzenkidsclub.com with the subject RETURN and your order number and someone will get back to you within 24 hours with a shipping label. 
  • Note that all returns are subject to a return fee of USD $10.00 per order and will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
  • Refunds will not be processed until product is received & quality is checked by our team. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.
  • Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
  • All items marked "final sale" may not be returned.

When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged when your order is processed following check out. Once your order has been completed you will receive a confirmation email. Kindly note, in order to reserve your desired item, all pre-orders will be charged on the date of order placement. 


When will my items ship out? 

Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. All orders ship from New York via FedEx.


Does Zen Kids Club ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time


How do I cancel or edit my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we're unable to cancel or make changes before it ships.
